Part 4: Key Operational Guidelines for Success
- The “English-Only” Ecosystem: Create an environment where speaking the native language is discouraged through positive reinforcement. Implement a token system where students earn points for exceptional English usage, which can be redeemed for prizes at the end of the month.
- Mentorship & Facilitator Ratios: Ensure at least one facilitator/trainer is assigned to every 15 students to maintain individual attention during the intensive afternoon sessions.
