The case went viral after Lokayukta and ED raids in 2024–25 uncovered gold bars in forests, hidden silver under tiles, luxury property, benami deals, and crores of cash.
Sharma allegedly ran a massive corruption & money-laundering network linked to RTO bribes, hawala, and fake businesses.
He even escaped to Dubai – but was caught later in Bhopal.
Investigation is still going on… and more assets may come out.
